Pendekatan Desirable Self Oleh Guru PAUD Terhadap Kecerdasan Interpersonal Anak Di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0

Abstract

Pendidikan usia dini memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam membentuk generasi unggul di era revolusi industri 4.0.  Dampak dari era revolusi 4.0 terhadap anak usia dini sangat jelas terlihat. Revolusi indutri 4.0 memiliki dampak postif dan negatif terhadap anak. Mempersipakan anak untuk mampu menghadapi hal tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan pendekatan Desirabel Self . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan secara komperhensif dan kontekstual tentang Pendekatan Desirabel Self oleh guru PAUD terhadap kecerdasan interpersonal anak di era revolusi industri 4.0. Model dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi literatur dengan mencari dan mengkaji hingga menganalisa teori yang relevan mengenai pendekatan desirabel self yang dilakukan oleh guru pendidikan anak usia dini terhadap kecerdasan interpersonal anak. Kesimpulan dalam hasil penelitian ini adalah pendekatan desirabel self  yang dilakukan oleh guru memberikan perubahan pada kecerdasan interpersonal anak. Kecerdsan interpesonal sangat dibutuhkan dalam menghadapi perkembangan zaman sebagai identitas kepribadian anak.

Abstract

Early childhood education has a very important role in shaping the superior generation in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The impact of the 4.0 revolution era on early childhood is very clearly visible. The 4.0 industrial revolution had positive and negative effects on children. Preparing children to be able to deal with this can be done with the Desirabel Self approach. The purpose of this study is to describe comprehensively and contextually about the Desirabel Self Approach by PAUD teachers on children's interpersonal intelligence in the industrial revolution era 4.0. The model in this research is the study of literature studies by searching and analyzing and analyzing relevant theories about the self-decructive approach taken by early childhood education teachers to children's interpersonal intelligence. The conclusion in the results of this study is the self-decadable approach taken by the teacher gives a change in children's interpersonal intelligence. Interpersonal intelligence is needed in facing the development of the times as the identity of the child's personality.
