STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA PRODUK TAPE SINGKONG DI DESA SEDDUR KECAMATAN PAKONG KABUPATEN PAMEKASAN
Abstract
This study aims to formulate a business development strategy for cassava
tape products in Seddur Village, Pakong Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency. The
research respondents are cassava tape business owners in the Village of Seddur.
Data analysis method used is to use SWOT analysis. The results showed that: for
a combination of the strategy IFE value of 1,68 and EFE value of 1.42 which is
shown in the IE matrix the company's position is in quadrant I, namely the
aggressive strategy or SO strategy (Strength-Oppurtunities). In the SWOT analysis
it is known that the strategy of developing cassava tape products in the Village of
Pakong Subdistrict Seddur in Pamekasan Regency is to find out the target market
or the increasing consumer demand, so it can be fulfilled, because the raw
materials come from the village itself. To maintain consumer confidence in terms
of prices and products can be maintained because it has a wider target market so
that businesses in the Village can be more developed
